All our instructors are highly experienced and extremely skilled drivers. How do we know? Because they prove it every weekend! When looking for instructors In Control asked the simple question; If you want to find the best drivers, where do you go? Our answer: you go where people practice driving the most, the racetrack. The In Control team is made up of the most talented drivers in New England, experts who understand vehicle dynamics and advanced car-control.

But In Control goes beyond that; equally as important as their driving skills is the fact that they are great teachers, who care deeply about the safety of drivers young and old. All of our instructors have had experience training some or all of the following groups: Local and State Police, Fire and Ambulance organizations, as well as teens. Each instructor is carefully chosen for their ability to instruct our program in a way that makes learning fun and the experience meaningful.

All of our instructors undergo a rigorous screening process that involves:

Skills assessment
Driving record checks
Background checks
Drug Screening

In addition, all of our instructors have been comprehensively trained on the In Control methodology.
